I would not be without this book. My copy is starting to fall apart, I have used it that much.

I have 18 month twin boys and they eat everything put in front of them and I believe it is because I followed Gina's book.

This book is fantastic especially if you are a first time mother like I was and don't know anything about starting your child on solids. It tells you exactly how to cook everything and gives you different weaning plans according to the age of your child. She gives you day to day instructions, which was so helpful when I was trying to cope with two babies - I didn't have to think, just follow the instructions. It is also very good to use as guide for how much your child should be eating and how much milk they should be having at the different ages.

I now buy this book for all my friends who are first time Mums, and we all swear by it.

Excellent! If you like Gina Ford's CLB routines, you'll love the advice and routines in this book. It's great to have some guidance on when, how much and what to feed, as well as how to progress as bub gets older.

informative book covering weaning a child. Helpful and reasuring - with practical suggestions for when all your efforts get spat straight back out again. My son is now 2, and will eat everything and anything - and I think it is due to the varied healthy food that we first gave him. If you start of right - it is easy to stay right - but very hard to go the other way.
