An excellent book with delicious recipes. The recipes make a large amount of cupcakes that stay fresh and freeze well. Oreo Cheesecakes are great!

martha stewart's cupcakes are to die for. I know she hails from usa but she has a new slant on these 'little' cakes. I'm giving this book as a present, very reluctantly to my granddaughter. I must admit I have already earmarked some of Martha's unique flavours and kept them as my secret recipies to influence people and show off my decorative skills. My granddaughter will love this book and who knows I nay send her in a new direction in creative cooking in year to come.

A sumptuous, seductive masterpiece of cupcake bakery. Wonderful recipes from cover to cover.They range from simple sponges with a dusting of icing sugar to multilayer concoctions topped with a meringue spire.There are sections for plains, for iced , for nuts,berries and chocolate cupcakes. The book is well set out: the print is easy to read and the instructions are easy to follow. Notes most measuring is in cups rather than grams. Am planning to start on the chocolate section, then work may way through.

A sumptuous, seductive book of cupcakes from cover to cover...the photography makes the cupcakes irresistable....they range from iced to creamy to hidden tresure centres...with an introduction to each recipe by martha.They vary from simple sponge mixture to complicated recipes with artistic finishes. The book is well set out , easy to read print...easy to follow instructions..with adequate reference material. For Australian cooks , measurment in cups can be a bit annoying.
am planning to start on the chocolate section as soon as possible.
