yeah this book is okay, but kindof written for idiots i think. sure its a good idea to have step by step photos, but do you really need 1000 of them in a book that only teaches the basics? i think you can do better than this one if you shop around. I don't own this, just browsed through it and decided not to buy.
this book is a great beginners book, but i would reccomend trying to go to bar ba queing with bobby flay, that book is way better and it dosent just teach you basics it actually teaches you so more difficult techniques like smoking on the grill and in the oven and to get them to taste just right.
