– Customer review on 15/02/2007 I love this book - but if you are a big Hugh fan, then you will automatically love it!! This is classic Hugh - lots of recipes for those working straight from the garden, farm, ocean or forest. Maybe a little too confrontational for those who don't like to know about how their meat is produced - but definitely gives food for thought on these issues, without being 'preachy'.
Beautiful photography and presentation throughout. Well worth the price.
