After roasting coffee in Seattle to New York and being a US Delegate to the World COffee Congress in 1997, I can say without hesitation that this book is the best source of information any layman or professional can use in the coffee industry.

Kenneth Davids is everything anyone can hope to be in the coffee world. Here are the trappings of a true mencsh and master...and not a complete Schomer!
