This is not a "How-to" book. There are no step by step pictures and specific instructions for specific projects and it definitely won't help you reduce your yarn/threads collection. What this is, is a fresh and inspirational collection of recipes for exciting fabrics made from modern yarns, threads and materials that will have you looking at many household items in a different light, as you add them to your stash!
There is an introduction to weaving on a rigid heddle loom, with a description of peg-loom weaving, and card-loom weaving, then the eye-candy begins, organised by colour into section/chapters. There is also a section for recycling. Each colourway comes with suggestions for type of yarn used, how its set up, and a gallery at the end of the book shows how it can be used.
This is a book to inspire you, and get you thinking outside the square, and should take its place beside the other classic books devoted to the rigid heddle loom. You will come back to it time and time again.
