this nifty little book is an excellent crystal guide for beginners, and is still a favourite even when I've been into rocks for over 15 years. Great pictures for identification and gives enough information without overloading you, handy size to have in your bag to take to gem fairs as well. Great book to start with, then move on to Melody's Love is in the Earth. = )

This book is a gift for anyone interested in the links between the Internal Alchemy of mind, emotions, body and spirit and the interaction with crystals. The author displays a wealth of knowledge regarding the consciousness of crystals and one gets the feeling that they she only reveals the tip of the iceberg regarding her knowledge. For me this has been a well loved, well worn book and truly deserves the title “bible.”

This is a MUST for everyone that loves crystals. There is a multitude of information from what they mean, how they help and how to use them along with the bestest feature a colour picture so that you know exactly what you looking at or for.
