About the Author

Kalinda Ashton was born in Melbourne in 1978, and has studied at Melbourne University and RMIT. She has been involved in student, union and community campaigns, including for refugee rights and civil liberties. She currently lives in Fitzroy with her partner. She is an associate editor of Overland magazine, and a teacher of writing and editing. The Danger Game is her first novel.
