I am always pleasantly suprised with the quality of Debbie Browns Books; the tutorials in her books are designed to be completed by both intermediate and advanced cake decorators.

If you enjoy baking and designing, this book is for you, I also found that even though this book is marketed as a Wedding Cake Book, you could taylor the designs to be created for any romantic occasion.

This is an absolutely beautiful book and if you have even the slightest ability you may well be able to create your own couture wedding cake from this book. Lovely modern designs and not just the traditional white cake. I only wish I had more reason to create from this book! Debbie Brown just keeps providing great how to cake books.

Disappointed with this book as the cakes illustrated were not what I expected in terms of wedding cakes, although I suppose they could be used for other ocassions. However there was nothing in this book that I felt I could use. I was expecting a modern take on traditional wedding cakes but these cakes are too way out -certainly nothing I would be dreaming about!
