Specifically designed for people in an organisational environment, this was a very interesting read that anyone would find helpful in everyday life. With sections on handshaking, nodding, arm folding, smiling... this book gives valuable insight into people all around you, and what they are really trying to tell you with their bodies. Definitely a must for those of you that find yourselves clueless in social situations. This book will certainly be something you will use in all aspects of your life, for the rest of your life.

I would recommend this book for everyone. It has so much useful information that we can use to give ourselves a bit more of a competitive edge when coming into contact with people.
Alan and Barbara Pease have once again made what could easily be a very dry and boring subject, into a format and easy to read language that I would imagine most people will enjoy reading and benefit from.
It shouldn't be a chore to obtain this kind of knowledge and this book makes it fun and rewarding.
