A great book which follows on from Volume 1! Every page is a single tip, simply explained (almost conversation style) and illustrated. This is a book on which button to push, which setting to use, and when to use it, without all the extra jargon. With nearly 200 more of the most closely guarded photographic "tricks of the trade" this book gets you shooting dramatically better-looking, sharper, more colorful, more professionally-looking photos every time"
It's inspirational! Kelby is brilliant at what he does! Keep it with you in your camera bag!

As with book 1 in this series the subject matter is contained on one page and well explained with good associated photos. This book is more in depth than book one concentrating on professional subjects like use of flash, studio work, macro, portraits landscapes & weddings.

I found this book to be easy to read with not to much tech stuff. So I could pick a subject do a bit of reading, just grab my camera, go out, set up & play, was just too easy.

After the first edition i was not surprised that this book was brilliant .
Plain english with just the right amount of jargon, a must for any photographer getting into digital photography.

An excellent addition to the first book this book has great tips and it's very easy to read.
Like the first one, I quite like the humour too. I recommend this book and the first one for both amateurs and professionals and I'm looking forward to the third one soon.

I bought this book and book 3 as a gift for my partner who loves Photography. He has gleaned so much information from these well presented books and would now like book 1.

I thought he would not be able to do it again, but just as I thought that I received the second installment to what is turning out to be an excellent series on how to do digital photography. Looking at more complex set ups, shots and methods for capturing that perfect image in through the digital medium, Digital Photography 2 is the essential companion to Digital Photography 1. They can work seperately as two books, but when read one after the other they become a superb resource.

Excellent book, and a good addition to the first volume. Scott Kelby has a slightly odd sense of humour, and than can get a little tedious, but he indicates that he wants the book to come across quite casually. As he mentions it's like you are on a shoot with him and ask "How do I do that?"
A good addition to the amateur photographers library

Another great book from Scott Kelby! I have both Book 1 and 2 and have found this extremely helpful in my burgeoning hobby. Everything is explained in an easy to understand and witty style. In fact he does such a great job that I will get the next book when it comes out. Well worth the buy.
