I recently read an article written by Wendyl Nissen in a magazine, it was written so well and humorously I looked to see if she had written a book, and here it was "Domestic Goddess on a Budget". I read it only a few days as I enjoyed it so much. It's a great read, especially being a NZ based book, it has ideas to live sustainably and cheaply, and to live without chemicals in the home. Fantastic read and would recommend it for sure.

I was already a convert to natural homemade cleaning products, but this book makes great reading, has given me more ideas about many other things. Worth keeping somewhere handy for easy reference.

Extremely interesting, also try Shannon Lush's books for cleaning. Both valuable. Am buying a 2nd copy for a friend as a gift. She has difficulties using chemicals due to allergies and adverse reactions.
