A B C fun this is a cool way to learn with crazy things with every letter.I like this one:Big D little d David Donald Doo dreamed a dozen doughnuts and a duck-dog,too.Also try this if you dare....Big S little s Silly Sammy Slick sipped six sodas and got sick sick sick.

LOVE this book for teaching the alphabet. We often use the ryhmes in the story to remember what kind of words a letter is used in. I must have read this book a hundred times to my daughter and will read it a hundred times for the next child. It also comes in a little board book that is wonderful for babies who occasionally pop it into their mouths!!

This is such a fun way to learn ABCs. The hardcover helps to keep the book intact from baby fingers. The rhymes and non-sensical words are the usual Dr Seuss fare, with colourful pictures to go with it. Children love to be read the ABC book. I even enjoy it myself as some of the descriptions are hilarious.

A fun way to teach your children the alphabet without really trying. How could you not remember a letter after learning 'O is very useful. You use it when you say: "Oscar's only ostrich oiled an orange owl today." Dr Seuss is always fun to read, no matter what age you are.

A fun book to read to any aged child. I had been reading this book to my son for around 2-3 years, and one day he started pointing at all the letters naming them before I could read them aloud. It was amazing and wonderful. This story book had taught my son his alphabet without either of us really knowing it, or pushing for it. Highly recommended to all.

leaning the alphabet for young children can be hard however this book makes it easy for children, fun text, great pictures and of couse with a Dr seuss spin on it. good book for all children from the ages of 2-8. Highly recomended

This is a GREAT way to learn or to teach kids their alphabet.I love this book as it helped me to help my son who has trouble reading and hates reading....but he liked this book,which say's it all for me.This is a Great book.I like the pics and rhymes.

I was brought up learning my abc's along side with this book and now i have passed this same learning experience to my cousin. this is a great book that i loved to read and wit hthe big pictures that caught your eye made the experience even better, I would rather read anything from dr seuss than a novel because i find this to be more enjoyable and i still laugh at it today when i read it.

No one makes learning as enjoyable as Dr Seuss. Here Seuss utilises rhyme, rhythm and zany illustrations to reinforce alphabet learning and letter sounds. Crazy chracters will tickle the funny bones of young and old ensuring young ones will return for a second look. Non-Us readers need to remember that the letter Z is pronounced differently in the states.

Highly recommended.
