Really interesting. I found it interesting to read the scientific research linking certain diseases to the different bloodt ypes and how different foods interact with the different blood types. So many people have had a marked improvement in their health and well being from avoiding some basic foods that act like a poision in their body, just because of their blood type. Did you know that Type O blood is the oldest and type AB is quite a young blood type in evolution? Find out more in this book.
For more energy and a general improvement in wellbeing (even if you think you are quite well already), I would recommend this book. There is also a website which also has lots of interesting information but to understand it well, you need to have read this book. This diet makes a lot of sense and comes from scientific research and testing, developed by a naturopathic doctor.

This book is interesting and the diet really works, if you're doing it to lose weight! I put on 20 kilos with my pregnancy, started it soon after I gave birth and 3 months later I'm back to my original weight, without even exercising. You don't even have to eat less, just eliminate the foods that aren't good for you. Some foods for certain blood types increase your suseptibility to arthritis, thyroid dysfunction and other diseases. This is not just a theory as it is proven, also, my local blood donation bank has a copy and they reccomend it! Above all, I feel so much lighter and clearer on this new diet, which should really be termed: new lifestyle.

An interesting read. Your blood type reflects your internal chemistry. It actually determines the way you absorb nutrients. What foods you absorb well and how your body handles stress differ with each blood type. This book tells you to combine the foods that are right for you.

I read this book and then had to go and find out what blood type I was. I found this book really interesting and I got a lot out of it. The doctor who wrote it benefited from his fathers nutritional studies that he carried out on patients and he continued his father's work and this is what they came up with. It talks about how your blood type determines what foods are good for your system and act like medicine and other foods are harmful for your system eg B types should avoid dairy foods and O types can handle a lot of meat and protein. Its good for anyone who wants to find out more about what they need to eat.
