This recipe has good selection, however many of the recipes I found overly complex and an emphasis on gourmet style, there is small section in the back for basic recipes, and good gluten frree guide in the front. The recipes specify gluten free, or dairy free however not egg or nut free, also most are overly complex, for main meals, such as use of quail, seafood etc. and 3 recipes use 8 eggs, all main recipes serve 4, not 2 or 3 people, which make it hard to break down recipes for smaller servings. (therefore this book not suited to sole households or egg ellergies or the budget consciuos). There are nice colour pictures for most of the recipes, but this books lacks easy to prepare meals and snacks, so altho high quality ingredients, not abook I would use everyday.
This is a healthy yet tasty collection of recipes with great photos. The added bonus is that the recipes are gluten and dairy free, great for those with food intolerances, but even if you dont have to avoid these foods, all the recipes are suitable for anyone. I like that it has some gourmet food, but ones that are easy to cook. If you're wanting a recipe book with health conscious meals that taste like restuarant quality meals, then this is the one.
