This book was very motivating for me to lose weight as it gave me the recipies of my most favourite foods and has turned them into healthy, mouth watering dishes without packing on the pounds!! Although there are many other dietery recipies that are said to work wonders, this book really pushed and motvated me to eat healthy! books like theses can be very motivating an helpful when wanting to maitain the perfect body shape.

I enjoyed this book, it is in plain simple english, unlike some other books that go into to much detail.
Loved the menu plans and recipes have great photos to support them.
Would recommend this book to anyone who like me is just beginning to learn the benefits of clean eating.

This is the best lifestyle advice I have ever gotten. Totally common sense approach and Tosca writes so well and the layout makes it easy to take in more tidbits than if you were reading something straight. I love it.

Please note! Fishpond doesn't actually have the book pictured here (the 'Expanded Edition'). They only have the original edition and said they'd change the photo. The original edition is missing several of the sections, including vegetarian diets. But the book is very interesting, however badly edited and tends to ramble in places. You get the general idea. I think the Expanded Edition was rewritten a bit. Also note that Tosca competes in weight training competitions so her diet and lifestyle could be a bit extreme to some if you choose to follow exactly what she does. A good compliment to Oxygen magazine (where Tosca is a contributor).

Brilliant book, one of the best books written. Well formatted and set out. Easy-to-read. Abunduntly filled with realistic advice on how to improve health, weight and exercise level. Great book written by a great author, someone who has experienced being overweight and has been successful in this approach.
