I purchased this book for my university study - it is a highly factual book. It makes a fascinating read for the serious egyptologist. It is not a casual coffee table type of book with lots of lovely illustrations.
The book is quite thorough in the information that it covers especially in the old, middle and new kingdom periods of egyptian history.
