As a beginner to polymer clay- i LOVE this book. All projects are easy even the "advanced" ones. It explains materials an utensils need and how to cheat on utensils using stuff around the house. Projects are simply and fun and would even interest the younger crafter. I recommend this book 100%. From fairies to troll to wizards, there is something in this book for everyone.
