This is one of those slow to start series, i find each book in The Fallen series generally takes a while to real me in completely so if yor expecting it to jump into an exciting action packed story from the start you'll be dissapointed. But if your prepared to stick it out it's still quite a decent read, especially if your one of those dedicated nephillim / angel genre people.
This is quite a male orientated book but i'm a female and i really did'nt mind it at all it has all the usual things to expect like romance etc. i would reccomend it as a 15 - 20 years Novel.
