About the Author
Susie Middleton is a chef and author known as 'The Vegetable Queen.' She has written for a column in Fine Cooking for eleven years, is a blue ribbon graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, and is a veteran of the Al Forno restaurant kitchen in Providence, RI. She now resides in Connecticut and Martha's Vineyard.
