This volume focuses mainly on a new character Mei, the daughter of Misuzu (seen previously in the other volumes who is the transvestite pension owner). Mei develops a crush on Tamaki and employs Haruhi to help her get closer to him. In the usual Ouran Host Club fashion, things never turn out the way they want. A wonderful light hearted volume.
