if you are a pokemon fan and you must have everythign pokemon, no doubt you will need this book, it has every thing you need for your pokemon collection and uses only a pokemon master could use, you should buy this pokemon book and keep it, and use it well. so go now and buy this book, be it from here or anywhere else you may find it. best

This is THE Pokemon manga series. It is a lot better and very different to the TV show [with different characters, although of course there is a Pikachu.]. The art is fantastic, the stories are varied and interesting, the plots are epic, expansive and span many volumes. The characters are likeable and interesting and have considerable character development throughout the series. If you like Pokemon, this series is an absolute requirement.

The 'best of' series only has some of the chapters of the original books. I suggest you try and get hold of the original first volume [publieshed as 'Desperado Pikachu'] instead if you can.
