You really have to read the first book, ‘Stray’, before you read ‘Rogue’. Faythe is a werecat who recently returned to her Pride, to find herself in love and in big bad trouble with the ruling Council. She’s the first and only female enforcer, so has to prove herself to the others, and especially to her alpha Dad, and in ‘Rogue’ that becomes harder and harder to do when past mistakes turn up to haunt her and kill others. There’s adventure and excitement plus, and an exceptional heroine in this series. Think Buffy meets Catwoman, and ratchet it up several notches. If you like the ‘Bitten’ series by Kelley Armstrong, you will love Vincent’s series. and if love Vincent's series and haven't read 'Bitten' and 'Stolen' by Armstrong, do yourself a favour and beg, borrow, or heck, buy the books.
