Raymond E Feist is by all accounts a fantastic fantasy author. If you enjoy the traditional style of fantasy (as I would put it), than this a great one for you. 'A Darkness at Sethanon' follows on from Magician (which happens to be one of my favourite Feist books), and I would certainly recommend reading that one before moving on, because it really is where it all kinda began.
