Very HOT, Sexy and Senual.....you can't put the book down, let alone turn the pages fast enough!!!
I loooved the storyline and the characters.....and the fact the Daegus is a TWIN! Yes, a TWIN! Two gorgeous men in one book....._sigh_....Ms Moning knows how to captivate and thrill her readers!

This is a MUST read....however, read the first two first (Beyond a Highland Mist and To Tame a Highland Warrior)....they are all HOT HOT HOT!!

I love the Highlander series and the Dark Highlander did not disappoint. Hot, sensual, exciting. Moning knows how to take you into this exotic realm, she weaves her magic and spell bounds you into a world of hunky Scottish super sexy males. This story is about one of the twins (hard to believe there's another like this one) who is possessed by 13 bad spirits - however he has one good conscience and a ton of sex appeal!!!! Enjoy, I did!

Can it get any better - stories of twin hunks and Scottish hunks at that - so alpha male and a bit more. I have to say I like all of Karen Moninngs heroes and heroines. I think they all suit each other. Moning writes a great story with great characters.
She just moves you along so quickly that you don't want to put the book down, in point of fact, you DON'T put the book down until you're at the end. I love how each of Moning's story can be independent of each other and yet still be connected by common characters and common threads. This book is definitely another exciting addition to my collection (which I have to say I've already lent out.

Way to go Ms Moning! as usual you have written yet another magical story that is too fantastic to be true. Now i can't decide which twin i'd rather have the humurous Drustan or this dark unselfish Dageus. It doesn't matter a bit that he is possessed by 13 bad spirits, when his one good consience has enable him to fight and survive the ordeal. And isn't it very noble of him to get himself into this situation because he saved his twin brother from burning?!And let's not forget the heroine. What a brave woman, getting involved with a man like Dageus, who for all the world to see is very dark and dangerous. Love just knows no bound. after you read this, get the next one "Immortal Highlander" and see what happens to our meddling fae, Adam Black.

I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book after reading about Daegus's twin in Spell of the Highlander. The content was pretty "HOT" to say the least but a fab read with a truly sexy main character. I love the way she includes characters from previous stories into her work as you see where all the links are - definitely a book that would get you hooked on this series (if you're not already!!)

Ms Moning does it again.....no wonder she is now one of my favourite authors and her Highland Series has to be read.....it's HOT!!

Time-travel, love, deceit, passion, curiosity and the right touch of humor all add up to one AWESOME novel which I highly recommend everyone read. You're always left guessing and the build up towards the end leaves you so shocked, you can't read the pages fast enough to get to find out what happens next!

The first Karen Marie moning I ever read and it left me begging for more from this author. Featuring a darkly sensual and tormented hero straight from medieval Scotland (and a Druid to boot) and a quirky, funny heroine with a fetish for relics. This book will have you laughing out loud, crying and rooting for the couple all the way through.
