Well written. The pace is a little uneven at times but otherwise ita an exciting ride through an alternate 20th century. Germany wins the First World War. Technology has wandered in weird directions, with horse-drawn carriages alongside closed-circuit public TV cameras, and with zeppelins sharing the skies with massive permanant airships.
Interesting use of time travel. This book required more thought and attention than I would have expected from the back of the book. I can't recommend it enough.

Saw this listed on an alternate history website. Imoerial Germany at war with Communist Russia and the aftermath- Germany and japan are the super powers. This book is quite a mixed bag. The maps could be better but the website has some great back ground material.

Not what I was expecting - A slow start gives way to a roller coaster race across occupied America. Everything is different but familiar. if you liked 'The man in the high castle' or you're a fan of alternate history, this is for you. :)

An intriguing premise is quickly overcome as the story descends into a complicated alternative view of history involving the use of a time machine.
