Second last series of the Shopaholic Series, the series seems to get a bit more serious as it goes but still a light-hearted read. Rebecca Bloomwood has just gotten married and successfully ruining her marriage when just in time a Step-Sister comes into the scene. PERFECT she thought; she'll be able to spend time with her long-lost sister watching cheesy romance movies, doing mani and pedi as the movie goes on and ofcourse they can shop together. However, when Becky meets her long lost sister Jessica, she is a total opposite, a woman that lives life simply, doesn't like luxuries, a total greeny so to speak and life becomes even worse for poor Becky; a failing marriage and a sister that pretty much hates her. A great book but the complete series is a definite must read.

This is a further book in a hilarious series about Becky who is too busy living life to worry about all the money she spends shopping. It would be really easy for Becky to be an annoying character, but I find her sweet and very likeable. She gets into all kinds of bizarre situations, and there is a bit of a mini-crisis when she discovers online auction sites!

In the shpaholic series this is one of the better books, though by the time you get to this one you can feel a bit shopped out yourself. Dealing with a woman with a serious shopping addiction that is ruining her brand new marriage, she meets up with a long lost biological sister who is the consumate oppisite to herself. Basically it is the worst case scenario. A funny and sometimes frank look at the old story of the odd couple.
