A memorable and poignant romance and drama. Adapted and screened quite well into a movie version starring Kevin Costner.
The storyline is bittersweet but hopeful and carries the message of second chances and reconciliation quite well. The lead characters are well drawn, plausible and sympathetic and the pace flows along nicely.
I found this memorable and easy to read.
