Awful, awful book. I shudder to think what would have happened to the classic tale if Ms Austen actually thought of Darcy and Elisabeth as Linda Berdoll does. This novel is nothing but the author's sexual fantasies centring on Darcy and Lizzy, not unlike a piece of fan fiction you would find on the Internet, throw in a few acts of murder and revenge completely outside of the characters motivations and personalities and you have this horror of a 'novel'.
Don't bother, ever.

This is effectively erotic fan fiction, without even an interesting plot to sustain it. Certainly not one to give your grandmother, or your teenage daughters.

Very entertaining, mature sequel to P & P. Certainly not what you would expect Jane Austin to have penned, but nevertheless Linda Berdoll has taken our beloved set of characters and given them life once again.
