I have to say Barbara Taylor Bradford is a great novelist! The way she takes you to all these different places and makes you feel as though you are there is terrific. Maybe you might have to have an imagination (a small one will do!) for that to happen, but I know I can disappear into those worlds and make them my own. I really admire the way she writes about these strong women with ambition
This book was a really good read and I can understand why she keeps writing – I doubt people would ever tell her to stop. A story about a woman, who is a TV war correspondent, loses her lover and finds another. I notice with writers that with each story they write they have they own style and all I can say is I like Barb’s!
And that’s what I think!
