I disagree! I found this book to be very funny, witty and just enough action to have you flicking the pages as fast as possible. I found the characters unique (how many cyborg, talking wolves are there anyway?), the dialogue hot and the love scenes giving a new name to hot. Personally I find Ms. Knight's short stories just a bit too short so I really enjoyed having the story fleshed out a bit more than normal. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys futuristic romances.

I read a short story of Angela Knight's before I decided to read this full story. And I have to say I was quite disappointed with this whole story altogether. Knight's much more fluent style in the shorter story is missing in this tale. I was not attracted at all to the rather cardboard like and uninteresting characters and the plotline left much to be desired. The situations and events were almost comical and implausible and completely missing in thrills. Altogether a disappointing read.
