The plot is a little over the top but otherwise this is a very enjoyable chunk of romantic suspense. The characters are well drawn, with the usual alpha male hero that readers can't get enough of. As with most of Sandra Brown's books it is well written and holds your attention till the very end. It would make a good holiday book or a treat for some time alone.
