Book two of J.R. Ward's the Black Dagger Brotherhood series has got to be one of the best in the series. Rhage, the beautiful, though unfortunately cursed, vampire is funny and sexy and all you could want in a warrior. And if that's not enough, he also comes with a dragon-beast with a taste for bad-guys. Mary is a human whose compassion for street-kid John has led her into the vampire world, and comes to the attention of Rhage. Sad, funny, suspense, drama, this book has it all.
The 2nd in the Black Dagger Brotherhood and the best so far I think. I absolutely loved this book. I loved Rhage and Mary. It pulls at the heart strings. Rhage and Mary are great together.
I would recommend reading these books in order so you get a better feel for the Brotherhood.
I read this book first as I wasn't aware there were more gorgeous vamps waiting to be discovered in JR Wards Brotherhood of the Dagger series!! I was totally hooked by chapter 2 and really enjoyed the storyline of Rhage and Mary. Their first meeting had my heart pounding and I knew their relationship was going to get pretty hot and steamy!! A great read and definitely a keeper!!
The second book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series, following on from Dark Lover the storyline and characters are very well developed and certainly an excellent read and a definite keeper.
The main characters of Mary and Rhage are beautifully written and are interwoven with fast moving plot with plenty of tension and action that makes it very difficult to put down.
A totally absorbing read that certainly raises the bar in the paranormal genre.

This story from the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by JR Ward is the story of Rhage and Mary, a humn he falls for. All of the brotherhood are back. as is Butch. These books are great, I am not a fan of vampires, but these books are such a great read I can't wait for the whole series! Definately recommended
