When Nicholas Eden kidnaps the woman he is seeing to stop her from going to a party, he thinks he has revenge. When he discovers he has kidnapped the niece of Anthony, James, Edward and Jason Malory, he knows he has made a HUGE mistake, one that is only rectifyable by marriage to stop the scandal that will ensue. Regina didn't want to get a husband THIS way. It will take time for these two to realize that not only are they made for each other, b but that they have a love match... the first in the excellent Mallory series by Johanna Lindsey.
I have a tendency to mark books as better then they are, but with this book, I must admit there is no need for me to do so with this particular book! The first Malory novel was not actually the first one I read, but I found it quite necessary in understanding all the (before reading this) pointless characters.
Because this is the first book of the series, naturally, it contains a lot of introductory descripstions of everyone in the Malory family especially those who will be the primary heroes on the next novel. I'd like to add that this add ons didn't overshadow the love story of Regina & Nick it kinda helps to make you want to read about the other Malory's. Very intriguing. So once you start you'll be hooked! I love Regina's character. She is all fire, spirit and courage and Nicholas is your charming Rake who you cant help but adore. Enjoy a good romance? You'll LOVE this.
One of my favourite of her books. Start with this one and work your way through the series! You wont be disappointed! The Characters are charming and you can't help but fall in love with them. good steamy scenes too!
