Looooove this series. Loved the characters in this book Drustan and Gwen. Moning continues to provide a great mix of humour, wit, lust, sex and a good plot to win over the reader and hold onto them till the very end. My favourties are all included, Scottish Hottie, Spunky female lead, time travel, history, hot intimate scenes and a cast of minor characters with a promise of something else to come. I've got all the books now and I think it makes a great collection especially with the awesome covers - much improved from previous ones. Come join us die-hard fans you will not be disappointed.

This was the first book I read of Ms Monings.........and I was hooked!! Even though it wasnt the first book in the series, there was enough humour, lust, love and adventure to make me rush out to find more of her work!! If you enjoy reading about funny, sexy & strong scottish men you definitely have to read about Drustan (mmm mmm)....

WOW...What a read! So brilliantly written....so cleverly developed....I READ IT IN ONE DAY and even when I had finished, I wanted more.....and immediately reached for the next book in the series!!!

Gwen and Drustan are two-of-a-kind that compliment eachother so well - love HAD to conquer all. This book is witty, clever and oh so HOT! The sexual tension reeked from this book the whole way through and not to mention that the sexually charged Hero (Drustan) had a twin......YES HIS TWIN!!!! And I can't wait to read about him in The Dark Highlander....bring it on!

ooohhhhhhhh! Hot, steamy sensual, alpha highlander meets independent scientist desperate to lose her virginity... its a wonder this book didn;t burst into flames before it even got off the press. As it is you'll really enjoy the love sceens in this book, and so will your partner and you reach for them to work off the steamy energy this read is sure to instill in you.
