If you're familiar with Shannon Mckenna novels this one follows from the MCloud brothers and focuses on their pal, Nick Ward. The plot about organ harvesting was clever and involved although I found it a bit disturbing that Nick wouldn't blow his cover for an underage smuggled sex worker from Eastern Europe but would for a beautiful woman that is, his love interest, Becca. Well it wouldn't be romantica without that conflict I guess. Mckenna does steamy very well and coupled with a good plot this story is good. I do find the sexual dynamics and the power play over sexual control a bit tedious though the chemistry and dialogue is great.
