– Customer review on 16/04/2007 Deadly Game is just as wonderfully researched as Feehan’s other Ghostwalker books, the characters just as alpha, both male and female, and the plot well-crafted. I liked this better than Flame’s story, not as much as the first two novels in the series, it was just a little too angsty for me. Okay, I know that Ken has been through horrific tortures, so no wonder he is tormented, and I know that Mari has been raised as a psychic soldier from childhood, also under horrific conditions, but after a while you just want to say enough with the inner turmoil and get back to the story. Great story, by the way. For all you Ghostwalker followers, if you thought Peter Whitney, the evil creator of the program, was dead, well you got another think coming. He’s bad, mad, and a heartless cad . . . just a little over the top, even for Feehan.
