The first half of this book is a user-friendly guide to food intolerances, an explanation of the Low-Fodmap diet and an overview of how to include it in your daily eating plan. Sue Shepherd, who understands that we don't all eat at home all the time, also gives advice on matters such as eating out, what to look out for when you're travelling and how to cook for children, vegetarians and people with diabetes. The information is conveyed in an approachable way, with plenty of diagrams to aid understanding. The second half of the book is a collection of 80 simple, family-friendly recipes, designed to show how people with food intolerances can still get a great deal of pleasure out of cooking and eating, with chapters on Light Meals, Main Meals, Baking and Desserts.

Great book, easy to read and to follow. Recipes are really great and tasty. The choice of programs is what attracted me to this book. The gluten free program and the other programs available allowed for more choice, especially when feeding the family.
Loved it. Book is really easy to follow and read and the recipes are easy to prepare.
