This book is great, easy to understand and sets out which oils to buy as a "Starter Kit". All the research that you may be thinking of doing elsewhere is actually all here in this real bible of aromotherapy. If you think that this is all for greenies or is too complex or need to go on an expensive course to get started, think again, its all here. On a personal note, this book has also been a real lifesaver for me and my family
Finally I can stop ringing my girlfriend to find out what helps with what. I used the insect repellant when I was camping and where the bugs are relentless, and I am proud to say that I didnt even get bitten once! A true miracle. It is good being able to try the easy recipes in this book. Easy to find and a great index
It’s a pleasure to read a book where the author is a real master at what she does. This is absolutely one of those books. Topics are covered in exquisite detail and the links to consciousness, physical, mental and spiritual are explained and laid out in easy to understand ways. This is without a doubt the finest collection of books on this topic out there.
This would have to be one of the best and easy to read and understand books on aromatherapy that I have found. It covers everything from history of aromatherapy, to what to look for in a oil, different ways to use, saftey, the must have oils, great receipies, things for kids, and a whole host of other usefull tips. This book is great for beginners and the more experienced alike.
