About the Author

The lawyer and author, Dr. Martin Mendelsohn is the Chairman of the Eversheds Franchise Group. He has been particularly involved in franchising, distribution, agency and licensing transactions both domestic to the UK and internationally for over 40 years, as well as UK and EC Competition Law. He is visiting Professor of Franchise Management at Middlesex University Business School, London.
