This is an essential book for anyone who negotiates during their day. It contains clear and helpful advice n how to avoid lose-lose positional bargaining and what to do if the other side is not playing the way you would like. An excellent resource for everyone who has ever wanted a better deal.

This is very helpful. Im so glad I borught it.
It covers everything I need to know and all those little helpful tips you just cant forget.
I recommend this to everyone starting out in this, and plainy anyone interested. Because it is interesting.
Very nice read. Still comes in handy every now and then.
