Absolutly fabulous!!! Ciro Marchetti has done it again, the graphics used in the cards are just brilliant and the book written by Barbara Moore is perfect for both a beginner or an intermediate, easy to read and very informative. If your looking for a beginners deck, i would strongly suggest the Gilded Tarot. Or the Beginners Guide to Tarot by Sharman Caselli. Both decks are based on the Rider-Waite tarot.

The Gilded tarot is a beautiful tarot deck. Lovely stained glass colours on each card. I would recommend this lovely tarot deck. The cards are strong and have a shine, makes for great continual shuffling. A special tarot deck to add to your tarot deck collection.

The Gilded Tarot is bursting with vivid and succulent imagery just waiting for the tarot enthusiast to become lost in the wonderland of colour and characters.These cards are a wonderful addition to any collection and will soon become your deck of choice. There is so much detail within each card that each time I use them I notice some subtle difference that lends a slightly different interpretation with each viewing. They are of a managable size and of good card stock, to last the multiple uses that they shall see due to their magnificant imagery. I would highly recommend this deck as a gift or for personal use. As they closely follow the Rider-Waite imagery, they are easy to interpret with most tarot text books as well as using the book that comes with the deck. A must have, to all readers of tarot.
