This is a helpful cookbook if you only need gluten free cooking and not dairy or egg free. There is a good array of recipes, though they rely heavily on dairy to enhance the flavours of the recipes. If you are only needing to cut our gluten this is an easy to follow recipe book, with the usual easy women's weekly format. Enjoy!
This is a small size book but has many quite different gluten-free recipes to other books I have bought and seen. There are quite a few recipes using rice and polenta. The layout of the book is not the normal entree, main, dessert chapters but sort of jumbled. But if you are looking for a change to everyday GF meals this is a good book.
Description does not mention this is a "mini book", like the Women's Weekly Gluten-free Eating book, but still has good recipes in it. A few too many cake recipes, would prefer more everyday dishes, but still a very good recipe book.
I was expecting this book to be the full sized version of a Women's Weekly cookbook and was very disappointed when it arrived as a pocket sized version which usually sells for alot less than the full price I paid.
This book provides simple yet tasty recipes, for those who need to aviod gluten. The ingredients are readily available and the instructions are simple to follow. Most importantly the recipes turn out good results, which is not always the case when cooking gluten free. I would recommend this book to anyone who is new to a gluten free diet, or those wanting to try something new.
