A very easy read. It is a good starting point for obtaining some insight into the confusing and at times traumatic experience of DID. Has some coping strategies in it but these are textbook and in my experience limited in their usefulness when you really need something to get you through the night. this book is generally a good entry point to learning about DID.
Wonderful, excellent and VERY helpful book. I could relate to it. It has fantastic ideas as to how to manage DID. I have given a copy to my therapist. It would be wise to work through this book with a therapist who deals with DID. Well worth the money. Highly recommend this book!!
