I could not get myself in the right frame of mind to listen to the whole recording AND the speaker did not engage my interest enough to keep me there. i found myself thinking 'ooohhhh i still got 3 more cd's to go'. When paying this type of money i expected so much more. It was drab and boring and unengaging and vague. I would tell you to go and look for the little book of meditation instead as that rates alot better,
