About the Author
William Silvester is a Harry Potter fan, collector, and free-lance writer. He has more than 250 published articles to his credit, focusing on history, collecting, and other subjects. He wrote an article on collecting Harry Potter stamps for Scott Stamp Monthly (June 2007) that was published as the main cover story. He also wrote a monthly series of articles for Stamp Collector (published by KP). He's an ardent philatelist and Disney aficionado.
