This was the second Chuck Palahniuk book I've read and I must admit, I've got every other one of his now on my wishlist. I couldn't put it down. It's creepy, intriguing and just plain out there. It's one of those books that keeps you thinking long after you've finished it.

This book was very well writtten and very...descriptive
but i got lost in the middle of it as i kept confusing all the characters.
Everything kind of goes crazy, guess that happens when a bunch of
people get locked up in a mansion with no contact with anyone except
the people they're locked up with.
But overall it was a great read, exciting and slightly disturbing

Normally when a chuck palahniuk book comes out i'm riddled with anticipation and normally when i've finished the book i'm on a high from another greatly crafted book. This book was not so though, its good, a lot better than many books currently for sale, and you could definately do worse, but for me this book just doesn't hold your attention long enough, and with the book ending up somewhere along the 500 page mark it suffers because of it. Theres too many characters to follow and overall it wanders aimlessly around until the end leaving you a little underwhelmed.
