As an avid follower of their TV series, I thoroughly recommend this book. Various occasions are presented with Trinny and Susannah's recommendation based on figure type. The book provides a basic overview of what is flattering, and what to avoid at all costs. One downside, however, is knowing what style to combine when you have more than one major figure problem. All up, a well presented, colourful and thoroughly entertaining read.
