– Customer review on 08/07/2008 This is a great resource for anyone wanting to improve their health or even treat themselves for ailments. It is written in easy to understand language, only getting complex when necessary for explanation. I do not have any background in nutrition, science or medicine and I found it easy to understand. Everything they say in this book makes sense. I have followed it for over 6 months and my overall health has improved as well as losing about 10 kilos (2 dress sizes) without dieting. This is simple, easy and enjoyable to follow, not a diet but a change in the way we think about the information we have been told for years from the supposed experts.
