The third book is every bit as good as the first. If you haven't read the first book, you could jump straight to this one as it contains the same information, but ads some exciting new stuff too. The title is slightly misleading, this is not really a diet in the traditional sense. It's more about changing your eating habits to better quality foods, and even possibly end up eating more than what you normally would. You will build more muscle, which boosts your metabolism, allowing you to burn more fat. Definitely a plan that you could stay on for the rest of your life, rather than just for the sake of losing fat. Once again, another awesome book in the Abs Diet series. Buy it.
